The Vancouver Giants dispatched the Portland Winterhawks in six games setting up the conference finals in the Western Hockey League.
Just a little geography refresher for those who might be wondering where Tri-City is. The Tri-City franchise is in the desert of Washington State. Kennewick, Pasco and Richland make up the Tri-City area. The rink is in Kennewick. Which means you are getting closer to Walla Walla, and you're still a loooooooong way off from any where else.
