The Tri-City Americans and the Calgary Hitmen will battle for the league's main berth in the Memorial Cup tournament in mid-May in Brandon, Manitoba.
The Hitmen defeated the Brandon Wheat Kings in the third round, but Brandon will be a part of the Memorial Cup tournament as the host team. There will be no consolation prize for losing in the final series, which is a best of seven and will begin Friday.
