WHL Second-Round Dates Settled

Portland settled the only remaining first-round issue in the Western Hockey League playoffs with its victory over Spokane on Wednesday. Next up is the second round, with the action in three of the four playoff series beginning on Friday.

All series are best of seven. The first-round matchups are as follows:
