Acadie-Bathurst has begun what is expected to be a highly successful campaign with at 2-1 shootout victory on Thursday night at Moncton, the defending QMJHL champion.
The Titan has been picked as the ninth best team in the CHL in the Sept. 13 issue of The Hockey News. The CHL, for you newbies out there, comprised the WHL, OHL and QMJHL. Mississauga St. Michael's Majors(OHL) is ranked No. 1 by The Hockey News, followed by the Saskatoon Blades (WHL), Saint John Sea Dogs (QMJHL), Portland Winterhawks (WHL), Windsor Spitfires (OHL), Montreal Junior (QMJHL), London Knights (OHL), Swift Current Broncos (WHL), Acadie-Bathurst and Oshawa Generals (OHL).
