Friday's Junior Spreadsheet

I cannot emphasize enough that the future stars of the National Hockey League are playing here almost every night. Teenagers, many of them living away from home, playing an NHL-style schedule riding buses, all dreaming of the big league, ready to do anything to get their shot.

The Buzzing the Net blog over at Yahoo Sports Canada is keeping track of the future stars. The Lounge will be checking in over there daily to bring back the three stars of the CHL (which comprises the QMJHL, OHL and WHL) and the notes from around the leagues.

In addition, the Lounge will be bringing notes and updates from the rinks around the USHL.
