Bacon, extra crispy, it does smell good this morning. The haze in the kitchen is a little thick, but the poor air quality is a sign that there is the right amount of char on the strips.
Waffles, strawberry jam and planks of bacon make the meal, and the meal is what will get us through to the evening, when the Flyers visit the Capitals at 5 pm. Eastern. The Blues visit the Rangers at 7 pm, and let's hope any of the runners in town for the New York City Marathon are long gone by then.
